Graduate Commercial Trainee: We are looking for young, dynamic minds currently in their final year of undergraduate studies in the following streams:

B.Com
BBA/ BBM
B.Sc in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Statistics
BA in Material Management

Who can apply? – L&T Off Campus Drive 2024

Students in their final year of undergraduate studies (in the specified streams), who have completed their 10th and 12th examinations, and are expected to graduate in April/May 2024 from a recognized Indian University, provided they meet the following eligibility criteria:

Academics: Candidates should have scored a minimum aggregate of 60% or more up to 4 semesters in their undergraduate course.
Mode of Study: Only full-time undergraduate students are eligible. Candidates pursuing dual-degree programs or studying through part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
Backlogs/Arrears: No backlogs (past or live) during the undergraduate course. All subjects/papers should be cleared in the first attempt only.
Age: Candidates born between 1 July 2001 and 30 June 2006 (both days inclusive) are eligible.
Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply. Foreign Nationals are not eligible.
Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by our Chief Medical Officer.

Training Period: The selected candidates will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training starting from the date of joining.
